For the 2026–27 season, The Cliff introduces Cucina Costiera Italiana - a culinary direction inspired by the flavours and traditions of Italy’s coast. Exceptional seafood, freshly made pasta and cooking over fire sit at the heart of a menu complemented by carefully selected meats, seasonal vegetables and indulgent Italian desserts.
A natural evolution of our coastal identity, bringing beautiful food together with the oceanfront atmosphere that makes The Cliff unforgettable.
