Meet our world renouned Chef

Chef Paul Owens consistently creates an eclectic variety of exquisite dishes; a truly tempting range that always makes choosing from his menu a challenging task. Paul has a special flair for combining contrasting flavours and textures, which together add up to deliciously interesting cuisine. He is also a master of the art of presentation. Born in Liverpool, England, Paul Owens has lived in Barbados for some 15 years. Throughout that time he has been followed by a dedicated band of lovers of good food as he moved from one restaurant to another, and then to The Cliff where he has really made his name. Written up in many of the leading catering magazines and virtually all the top newsstand publications, Paul has been given rave reviews on each of the many occasions that he has been featured. He has also appeared on a number of television programmes. Despite his enormous success, Paul remains a modest and very down to earth person.
